Accepted methods of payment

At www.lilleluca.com.au we accept the following methods of online payments:

We also accept Bank Cheque, Direct Deposit and Australia Post Money Order. If you elect to pay for your order via any one of these methods, payment must be received within seven (7) days otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the items to stock.

Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $8.00 per order.  This fee is inclusive of insurance.

As we use the services of a courier, your signature will be required so we recommend that a suitable address is nominated such as your work address.  If no one is available to receive the goods at your nominated address, please advise our office prior to dispatch.

For remote areas, we will use Australia Post to deliver your parcel.

Orders over $150.00 receive complementary shipping (Australia only).

For International Orders, please contact the office for shipping rates.

Once we have received your payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your delivery address.  Orders will be dispatched shortly thereafter. (Within 24 hours of our office contacting you) Orders received on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

In the event of any unforeseen delay in the delivery of your goods, we will advise you immediately.

It is our policy to generally stock only one item per size of each garment. Once an item is sold, we will either remove the size from the shopping cart or add “sold out” beside a particular size. Updates will be promptly undertaken to give you the most current information. In most instances, we will not be able to re-order a particular item, however please contact our office on 03 9846 1448 and we will always try to assist you in any way we can.

Gift Wrapping

All orders are presented in our white, signature eco-bags.

For a special occasion, we suggest our Lille & Luca Bling Box, at a cost of $5.00. The Bling Box is complementary for all orders over $150.00.
