Refund / Exchange Policy

At Lille & Luca, we pride ourselves on stocking brands which produce clothing of the highest quality. Each item is inspected before it is packed and dispatched to you.

In the event of something missing our eyes before it reaches you, please contact the office within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn with all tags, labels and packaging intact within seven (7) days of receipt.  We will not accept any return goods unless these conditions are met.

If you are a recipient of a Lille & Luca gift, we keep your details on file. Should you need to exchange an item, simply contact our office and we will assist you.

It is our policy at Lille & Luca that we generally carry only one item per size of each garment, so we strongly advise you to contact the office to arrange exchange as soon as possible.

If we are able to provide you with an exchange, we will post it to you at no extra cost.

Refunds will be credited to you in the original method of payment used less shipping charges. If you are a gift recipient you will not be entitled to a refund. Only the purchaser will be entitled to this.

Sales items cannot to exchanged or refunded.
